Return policy

Even though the percentage of delivered products that are defective is extremely minimal, it is good to know that we will deal with any defects quickly, so that you will ultimately be satisfied. It is in our own interest to resolve everything as quickly as possible, so you do not have to worry about having to wait unnecessarily long (everything is usually arranged quickly).

When can I return something?

We are responsible for defects that products exhibit upon delivery or that become apparent during the following 24 months. However, we are not liable for new defects, especially if they are caused by improper use. For used products, we are not liable for any signs of use or wear that the used products already showed upon delivery. In the case of products with a limited useful life, we guarantee that these products are suitable for use throughout their entire duration.

We remind customers that an increased sensitivity or an allergic reaction to a delivered product cannot be considered a defect. Also, the same defects with free gifts or other free products in your order cannot be considered justified for a return. Images of products on our website are for illustrative purposes only and are not a binding representation of the properties of those products (for example, the packaging may be different due to a change made by the manufacturer).

What rights do you have in the event of a return?

If a product shows a defect, we can compensate in the form of a voucher. You also have the right to demand a repair of the defect by replacement or repair.

If repair of the defect is impossible or seems unreasonable to us, you have the right to request a discount on the purchase price. In that case, you will keep the product and we will reimburse part of the purchase price. If the defect is significant, you can terminate the purchase agreement. In that case, return the products and we will refund the full purchase price.

How can I return something?
